Bug Fixes:

- Step pulse widths on motors 2 and 3 were too narrow

New features:

- Configurable step pulse width (5 or 10 microseconds) and step pulse polarity
- Supports Wildhorse-style Probe Mode (only on PMDX-422 Rev B/2nd generation)
- Plug-in configuration dialog allows setting debug modes (WARNING: Use this
  only under direction of PMDX support)
- Supports additional inputs that are available on the PMDX-422 and PMDX-410
  Rev B (2nd generation) boards (inputs "A", "B" and "C").


Known Issues:

- Does not (yet) support PWM spindle speed control (coming soon)
- Does not (yet) support probing (coming soon)
- Does not (yet) support coordinated I/O (via M62 and M63 codes)
- Does not (yet) support threading
- Under certain circumstances the SmartBOB may stop motion 1 or 2 step pulses
  off from where Mach thinks it should be.
