Sales to OEM Customers and Resellers
While each OEM or Reseller may have a different situation, in general the following will apply:
Our pricing reflects our direct Internet marketing approach and purchases of two or three units are not eligible for discounts. Where discounts are offered they are reflective of our direct to Internet sales channel and do not provide for large reseller markups.
Generally we offer a discount of 5% at quantity 10 and a discount of 10% at quantity 25. For larger quantities, please inquire.
Quantity discount applies to orders of same product model. Models may not be mixed to reach discount quantity.
Discounts apply to individual orders and orders may not be scheduled over time to reach quantity discounts.
OEM orders do not include printed manuals. All our manuals are available on-line as PDF documents.
OEM orders are charged actual shipping costs.
OEM quantities may not be available from stock. Lead times for larger quantities may be as much as 30 days.
Credit terms can be arranged for OEM customers on the second and subsequent OEM orders. We request that your first OEM order be prepaid. Credit references, banking information, and Dun and Bradstreet listing number are requested as part of a credit application. International credit is offered only to Canadian OEM customers.
Written and signed purchase orders are required from credit customers. Faxed orders are acceptable.
Orders and payments should be issued to Practical Micro Design, Inc., our parent company.
Shipments to locations in the state of Virginia will be charged sales tax unless the order is accompanied by the required exemption application.
