Parallel Port breakout boards, motherboards, and dedicated accessories / New purchase (PMDX126) and No Power! Help

Hello all!
I just purchased a brand new PMDX 126. I reviewed the manual and all the other diagrams on the intrawebs.
Simply put, steps 2.0 - 2.3 in the manual provide the information needed to test the board and verify the led's light up.
I verified it has power from my 120 VAC power supply, installed + and - wires to the two pin connector next to the voltage selector switch and I get nothing. No power and no LEDS.
Few things that I have done. Used a multimeter to verify my power supply was working. Yes it is. I had it connected to a TinyG board moments before which powered up and worked fine. I also checked the wires (about a dozen times) to verify there was not a loose connection. I even used a second power supply that I have without any luck. I also verified the E-Stop jumper and the setting were installed correctly per the instructions. Even though the manual states that these should have already been set prior to arrival.
As I sit here scratching my head and before sending it back per the warranty....I was hoping that my fellow CNC compadres would have something in mind that I can check/try before hand.
Thanks in advance for your advise/input.
Nick
