WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS FORUM?

I checked the voltages for the direction pins on the XYZ axis And they each registered 3.4 V and 0.2V when checking the direction pens.
Does this voltage sound acceptable, or is this what is causing my problems ?

Thanks
Chuck
