Parallel Port breakout boards, motherboards, and dedicated accessories / -126 & -134 Test mode

I can't seem to get the test mode working with the PMDX-134 on the -126. 

Setup is:
PMDX-126
PMDX-134
Gecko 213v / gecko stepper on J1.

Anyone have a jumper suggestions or troubleshooting advise?
