The instructions say "Connect the PMDX-126 to the smoothstepper using one or two 26-pin female to female ribbon cables"  It doesn't further expand on this.  Should I be using one or two.  My setup is as follows and I plan to draw 5V from the ribbon cable to power the ESS.

Setup:

PMDX-126 (Rev C)
PMDX-134
ESS

I have a legacy PMDX-132 motherboard that I am using as a 3axis currently and I am adding a 4th axis.  Does anyone know where I can get 4pin terminal plugs for it.  I have no idea where I got the existing plugs I have from.  I purchased the 4pin plugs from PMDX, but the pin distance is too short.  They need to be 5mm.

I am trying to get my new control box up and running but keep getting a "USB device not recognized" error.

So here's the play-by-play.......

I am using a Dell Laptop running Windows 7 64 bit.  I have a PMDX-422 BOB connected to USB.  I am interfacing to a PMDX-134 .

I installed Mach 4 hobby 4.2.0.2803

I then installed SmartBOB-USB Mach4 Plug-in as per instructions.  The version is 0.36.171

When I plug the PMDX-422 into my computer as per the instructions, that's when I get the error.
