Currently the PMDX-422 does not support torch height control. I am not
sure if we will try to do that on a PMDX-422.
We do have plans to offer torch height control for the PMDX-426, but it
will not be released for a while.
Mach4 does not provide the kind of THC control that uses just an UP
and DOWN input like Mach3.
At this time the best solution is probably the Proma THC SD which
generates the step and direction signals itself.
