SmartBOB controllers and dedicated accessories / I can't get my spindle to go.

I hear the little click when I tell it to spin or stop but nothing happens. I fear it might be that the Delta Series E VFD needs something done to it since I went from Chinese to the 424 and 407. I looked the manual up on line but really don't know anything about VFDs. I get "Error spindle speed set to zero" in Mach4 but I think I have Mach4 set correctly. Thanks, Bill
