SmartBOB controllers and dedicated accessories / G31 from MDI 424 board

Having problems with both the touch module on Mach 4 as others describe on this forum.  Tried all recommendations found.  I also tried doing a G31 in the MDI window and get same error -- Can't transition from MDI running to stop.  I get each of these to work once in a blue moon.  See attached.  Is this a PMDX problem or a Mach 4.  Ref All Home works well in all axis.  I just have been playing with the Z axis in my tests.

Using Mach 4 ver. 3390, 424 board ver. 52, screen set wxRouter

1.  Ref All home is not working, All I get is a message box stating Referencing is complete.  No Axis movement.  Axis move with jog and running program.  Limit switches, etc. all setup and are operational.

2. With the touch plate where do I setup the X and Y offsets values.  X offset = 2.505 and Y = 2.785.  Z works fine with a gage block setup of 0.892.  Using the touch screen the probe moves to touch block and then backs off 0.2 inches. I may get an end value of 1.911 or something.  Now what do I do?  Using a 1/8" probe.  It seems to me this should not be too difficult, but I have tried many things and cannot seem to get there.  Assistance appreciated.

I have the 424 board start my spindle via the relay output on start cycle.  If I press the stop button, the spindle stops, but on cycle start, the spindle does not restart.  Suggestions on this appreciated.

I tried this today, but the touch dialog box shows probe input g31 inactive.  I have the proble mapped to input3 and mach4 is seeing the state changes according to the mach4 input status screen.  Not sure what I am doing wrong.  I enable the system, press touch button, enter the required parameters, but none of the buttons do anything.  Need suggestions.
