Title: PDMX 340 Setup Help

I just received the PDMX 340 yesterday,  connected KL23H256-30-4B,  when I hit the test button I hear the steppers make a humming sound but they don't actually turn. 
 
I looked online and the only documentation I see is the quick start guide and can't seem to get this to work.
 
for my sw1 all off(up)  for my sw2 1 and 2 on(down)  the rest off(up)

Stepper Wiring:
Black to A+
Green to A-
Red to B+
Blue to B-
 
Any idea's?

I was able to get this working.  The problem was setting the axis to test one by one.   Once I got past testing,  I was able to configure linuxcnc and able to get it running.
