pmdx smartbob error " cannot communicate with device"

Just started , when i run a file even one that has run ok before . It starts but when i power up the spindle it faults to the above error , i don;t have the spindle controlled through mach4 v4300 . I have reinstalled the pmdx 411 files and com port software and also mach 4 v 4300 . HELP!!!!!!!

Probably electrical noise from your spindle motor interfering with the USB communications.  Is this a VFD spindle motor?  They can be particularly noisy.

Do you have the PMDX-411 plugged into any kind of breakout board or driver system (PMDX-340, GeckoDrive G540, etc.)?

Make sure the power wiring for your spindle is as far away from any other wiring as possible.  Specially any limit switch wiring.  These are notorious for picking up noise (long wires make good antennas).  And the PMDX-411 doesn't have any isolation on its inputs like some other PMDX models.

Running Gecko 540 . Did not have any problems before , no equipment changes .  I have sent emails to PMDX twice with this information == Pmdx –411  ser# 34121 a1  win 8.1 64 bit – mach 4 v 4300 – screen set wx4. set – smartbob  v 0.53.263 bootloader 1.8.64 – firmware v 0.60.208 . Run vcarve desktop v 10 cut  , no special time until it stops  ERROR = Could not disable the  PMdx smartbob “ cannot communicate with the device  “ Attached is the history file from Mach 4

The problem was my vistacnc p 4 -s pendant , disabled it , works fine , am in touch with vistacnc now to try and solve problem.
