What screw terminal do I use for a touch probe for my Z motor. Any suggestions.

In general, any of the PMDX-424's inputs will work.  However, I would recommend using one of the 8 isolated inputs on connectors J16 and J17 (i.e. SmartBOB Input1 through Input8).  These provide extra protection "just in case", since the touch probe wiring goes over to the machine instead of, say, switches on a panel.
