If I read the information right the 411 don't work on mach 3.  What do you suggest?  What do others use for mach 3 and windows 7 64 bit?

Correct, the PMDX-411 is only designed to work with Mach4.

Any Mach3 motion device that talks USB or Ethernet will work with Win7 64 bit.
