SmartBOB controllers and dedicated accessories / Connecting Tool Setter Probe to Patriot VFD

Hello!
I am trying to connect a NC tool setter to a patriot VFD Mill. I have a Gecko Drive G540 step Drive, PMDX-411, and I am using Mach4. Using the wiring in the diagram, whenever the probe is active I do not see a state change for any of the inputs in the SmartBOB diagnostics window in Mach4. I have the input wire connected to terminal 4 on the G540, but I am having trouble assigning that to one of the inputs (10-14) of the SmartBOB in Mach4. I am very new to this, so any guidance would be appreciated!
