Mach4 Touch Module Error

Slowly working through issues with my new build.

Latest Problem:-

Running PMDX-416/MACH4

When I try to do a simple Z axis touch off as soon as the tool makes the contact with the touch plate I get the following error -
"Can't transition from MDI to Stop"

I note another posting with this issue on this forum but there seemed to be no resolution.

Any ideas????

I have the same problem.

Read the post, did all of the recommended modifications, but still the same, Can't transition from MDI RUNNING to STOP.

I did notice there is an additional error in the History...."PMDX: DEVICE ERROR 'SYSTEM ERROR(7): Motion Calc Underrun"

I have attached the logs and the machine profile.
