SmartBOB-USB plug-in updated to 0.19.100

The Mach4Hobby plugin for the SmartBOB-USB family of controllers has been updated.

Fixed bug in homing of axes with direction configured to be reversed.

Fixed error reporting message when SmartBOB cannot complete homing.
