Parallel Port breakout boards, motherboards, and dedicated accessories / Hoping for help with connecting PMDX-107 and Fuling DZB200 VFD

Hey, so first off let me say that I have actually no idea what I am doing.
I am trying to enable spindle speed control through Mach4 using a PMDX-107+PMDX-126 and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to wire it up.
The manual for the VFD, a Fuling DZB200B002.2L2DK, is available at http://www.manualslib.com/manual/828872/Fuling-Inverter-Dzb200-Series.html
A photo of the VFD with its ports exposed (oh my!) is here: http://i.imgur.com/YgBvrJP.jpg
I've looked at it and the PMDX-107 manual quite a bit and, honestly, this kind of stuff is not my territory. I'm an industrial designer by trade but I mess with electronics as a hobby so my boss figured I could handle it.
I super don't agree. I'd really appreciate any assistance.
Edited to add: My PMDX-107 is a Revision D1, if that is in any way significant.
