SmartBOB-USB plug-in updated to 0.26.117 - for Mach4 Builds 2313 to 2491

The Mach4Hobby plugin for the SmartBOB-USB family of controllers has been updated to version 0.26.117, released 29 May 2015.  This plug-in works with Mach4 builds 2313 through 2491.

New features since Version 0.25.111:

    Support PMDX-422 Rev C boards, PMDX-410 Rev C boards

Bug Fixes Since Version 0.25.111:

    Fixed issue that caused Mach4 build 2441 and higher to crash on some PCs.

    Fixed installer bug that thought Mach4 was running when the Windows user name was "Mach4".
